A gym is more than just a room full of weight and...
FTNS is rad for three reasons:
1 - Inspiring atmosphere. If you enjoy clean tasteful aesthetics and a sanitary gym environment, FTNS is a great choice for you.
I particularly love the artwork and gym propaganda scattered around, it turns into an easter egg hunt.
2 - The Equipment. The equipment is top notch, and well maintained. The layout inside is intuitive, everything is easy to find.
My training is based around strength, core, and mobility. All of which there is equipment, toys, and tools.
One of my favorite tools in the gym is the mirror. Inspiring and useful, perfect form is something we all strive for,
the mirrors are abundant, and clean!
